HEIC to JPG Converter

iPhones save photos as HEIC, which many websites and Windows apps can't open. Convert them to JPG on your device using the open-source libheif decoder — nothing is uploaded.

How to use the heic to jpg converter

  1. 01

    Add HEIC photos

Up to 30 files, 30 MB each.

  2. 02

    Set quality

92% keeps almost all detail; lower makes smaller files.

  3. 03

    Download

    Each JPG or a ZIP.

Good to know

  • The decoder (about 1.5 MB) downloads the first time you convert.
  • Live Photos convert to a still image. Multi-image HEIC files convert the primary image only.
  • Very large panoramas may fail on phones with little memory — you'll see an error for that file only.
  • Images are processed on your device with your browser's built-in image engine. They are never uploaded to WALink. The decoder uses libheif (LGPL-3.0) via the heic-to library.
